Returns & Refunds
At The Good Type Co., every order is carefully printed, packed and inspected before it leaves our studio. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement where possible, or provide a full refund if a replacement isn't available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return shipping where appropriate.
