Thank you so much for thinking of purchasing something from my store!

All orders are packaged and shipped by me in my little studio in Melbourne, Australia. I do my best to ship orders within 2-3 business days from the date of your order, but it can take a little longer during busy periods (holidays, etc.) I will let you know if there are any significant delays in posting out your artwork. If you need something to be posted in a hurry, e-mail me directly and I will do my best to help you out!

Shipping:

Shipping within Australia can take up to a week to arrive, anywhere else in the world can take up up to 2-3 weeks depending on where it’s going.

Please Note:

International airmail shipping is experiencing some delays due to COVID 19 and lack of flights.

Packaging:

I do my best to make sure the prints arrive to you in the best condition possible, and with the least environmental impact!

All prints, are sent in a recycled rigid flat mailer, with a protective sleeve, and a recycled cardboard backing to keep it protected. If the order is for more than two prints, I will use recycled tissue paper to protect multiple prints, and package them together and reduce the amount of packaging needed to get it to you safely!

I’ve moved the majority of my packaging to recycled or recyclable materials, and to environmentally conscious companies. Unfortunately in the case of art prints, I do need to add a protective sleeve to protect the print from water damage, but I am looking at ways to find a better alternative once I’ve used up my current stock. If anyone has any great recommendations for Australian eco friendly packaging suppliers, I would love to hear from you! I’m always trying to do better in all areas of environmental sustainability.
